your starting point
An introduction to the Lagree method, focused on form, control, and confidence on the Megaformer. Slower transitions with clear coaching to build a strong foundation.
New Lagree clients are encouraged to attend Lagree Fundamentals at least three times to build familiarity with the method before progressing to Lagree Classic.
lagree classic
A full-body Lagree class built around strength, endurance, and precise control. Balanced pacing with increased intensity and continuous engagement. Lagree Classic is designed as the core class for most members. A minimum of three Lagree Fundamentals sessions is recommended before participating in a Lagree Classic.
Lagree X
A high-intensity Lagree class designed for experienced practitioners looking to push further. Faster transitions, longer holds, and complex sequences demand complete focus and control. When the X lights up, everything sharpens. A minimum of 15 Lagree Classic classes is recommended before participation in an X class.
